This is possibly the most discussed part of the web development process. Don't believe me? Do a quick google search for "How Much Does A Website Cost?"....See?

Of all the answers found online for the cost of a website, we found some that were ideal. We used a lot those ideas to create this blog.

So, what is the cost of a website? Consider this answer to the "It costs as much as a car"

Naturally, the cost of car depends on the make, model, size, color, luxury features and on and on and on. See, building a website is not as cut and dry as some may believe, there is quite a bit to consider and plan for. The budget for a website is influenced by many factors.
  • Visual Design - The look and feel requirements of the site
  • Website Size- The total amount of pages will the site contain
  • Project Scope- The type of information will live on the site pages
  • Special Functionality- Development of any unusual services that the site will provide
  • Site Traffic Volume- The anticipate volume of visitors is the site expected to handle
  • Custom Business Logic- The need for programming special new features specifically for the website
  • Development Timetable- The website's expected production time
  • Integration Will the site need to connect to any other pieces of software?
  • Experience of the Development Team
These are just a few of the major factors that determine the cost of a website. Now there are free websites available all over the web.
